Centre Cívic Clariana is the trading name of the restaurant and venue. The fact that the restaurant is located in a venue that may be publicly owned does not mean that Castellet i la Gornal Town Council owns the restaurant or website or acts as data controller.
2. Website purpose
The website provides information about the restaurant, tapas and grilled-food services, menus, opening hours, location, ordinary bookings, groups, celebrations and events.
Submitting a request does not automatically confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only when the restaurant expressly confirms availability.
The website currently does not accept online payments, deposits, guarantees or bank-card data. There is no financial cancellation or no-show penalty.
3. Access and use
Users must use the website lawfully, diligently and respectfully.
Users must not provide false information, impersonate others, introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, make automated abusive requests, disclose third-party data without authority or submit illegal content.
The owner may apply proportionate measures to prevent abuse and protect security.
4. Bookings
The forms can be used for table bookings, groups, celebrations, lunches, dinners and events.
Submission proves only that the request has been received. The restaurant may contact the requester to check availability, ask for necessary information, propose changes, confirm or reject the request and manage later changes.
Customers who cannot attend are asked to contact the restaurant as soon as possible. This recommendation does not currently involve a financial penalty.

Information expressly confirmed by the restaurant prevails for a specific booking.
